Yeah it will be a Challenger, you can see its the 2. Triton chassis underneath, just from the way it sits. In my opinion its ugly as sin. I think it looks good I hope the bring back the 7 seater. Gunners. 77 writes. Model officially released. Doesnt look half bad. Holy moly that backside is hideous. Looks like it got an allergic reaction and its face is all puffed up. Gunners. 77 writes. Doesnt look half bad. You saw the back end right The taillights and the what looks to be poor visability has ruled this one out for me. Cant bring myself to look at that everyday I walk out to the driveway. O. P. Isho writes. Holy moly that backside is hideous. Looks like it got an allergic reaction and its face is all puffed up. You saw the back end rightThe taillights and the what looks to be poor visability has ruled this one out for me. Cant bring myself to look at that everyday I walk out to the drivewaylol. I know. I am trying to look beyond that back end design as well. I think it looks good a bit different to all the other boring SUVs out there. Just bought a Challenger, even though it isnt the prettiest car, i think the new 2. CAhttp www. caradvice. Also Carsguide said it is now the default choice for the round Aussie trip if you dont want an LC, Prado or lemonaid Jeephttp www. If you can get past the looks a good buy. Capable of tackling mud, sand, snow, rocks and gravel, the Pajero Sport makes light work of off roading. This type of vehicle is now the go to choice if you are planning the big trip around Australia and cant run to a Land. Cruiser or Prado. Verdict. Impressive. Not as sporty a drive as Fords Everest but more comfortable and possibly superior off road and for towing. Striking looks inside and out. Five year warranty and 1. Going to go and check one out ASAP, Ive been waiting for this for a while now. Its within my budget and seems to tick all the boxes. Hopefully its as good as the initial reviews. Imprint let us know how you go please and any comments re pricing. GLS looks like sweet spot with rear locker, Exceed has all the safety gear though,Yet again, no rear aircon vents in yet another large Mitsubishi. All that fancy sensory equipment and no adaptive cruiseWent to a dealer on Saturday and was told they should have a demo in this week or next. I see they are also doing GLX 4. Yet again, no rear aircon vents in yet another large Mitsubishi. Yeah I saw that. Dumb dumb and dumb. One of the key buying decisions for us when we bought our 2. Paj was rear air con and side curtain airbags were a must have which ruled out some Prado models at the time too we got a special edition Paj that had both bundled. Having it on a separate zone is also great can set it to freeze to send kids off to sleep quicker I wouldnt buy any vehicle that doesnt have rear vents if youre doing any sort of long ish trips which is what big family wagons do. Imprint writes. I see they are also doing GLX 4. Market price for a new Pajero GLX is under 5. Went and test drived one today, it felt really bouncy at the rear suspension seems so soft, and seems sluggish going uphill, dealer said something about using the paddleshifter to override it because the gears were mapped out to always aim for economy. Overall the car seems decent on the road, suprisingly quiet from the engine. The Exceed was the one i was looking for, interior was modern but still looked abit cheap in a few places with plastic parts. Alot of modern features were missing, like a few people said on the post above, adaptive cruise control, rear passenger ac vents, powered boot. The weird thing when i saw the back storage of the car was, you can clearly see some indents of what seems to be a third row of seats and some other features covered by a few plastic covering. Also the 1 touch fold system is nice, but reveals the ugly railings when 2nd row seats were folded up. I wanted to have a few options like, tinted windows front, weathershield, towbar and mats. The dealer quoted me roughly 5. Overall car was nice, still deciding between Pajero Sports Exceed to the Subaru Outback 3. R around 5. 2k. Had a look also at the Fortuna, didnt test drive it, because the price seems abit oddly over inflated from similar class cars. Pros Looks nice from front to the rear arches not sure about the back yet Roomy and quiet Apple Carplay and Android support no navigation needed when you can use google maps FREE UPDATES 4 cameras are awesome for parking assist also with back and front sensors. Cons lack normal standard features of top of line cars adaptive cruise, electric boot, air vents for rear passengers bumpy ride, dont think the car likes speed bumps muchps. WTF. Lammo. 84 writes. Pajero Sports Exceed to the Subaru Outback 3. RDifferent class of cars there. The Challenger is a 4x. Outback is an SUV Just throwing it out there. Pathfinder. it might have everything you know. Dont get put off by the FUD about CVT issues. The recent 2. 01. ONE case mentioned on WP. Boogmeister writes. Different class of cars there. The Challenger is a 4x. Outback is an SUVYeah sorry about that comparison, i did look at the mu x ls t. Seems to lack features but the engine seems highly recommended by alot of people and cheaper too. Fortuna is abit way over priced. I dont really know what to call this class of cars, probably i dont want a 4x. Lammo. 84 writes. I dont really know what to call this class of cars, probably i dont want a 4x. Yeah i know what you mean. No. One writes. Just throwing it out there. Pathfinder. it might have everything you know. Nowhere near the offroad ability of the Pajero Sport Challenger though. I really loved the look of the Pajero Sport till I saw the back of it. Unfortunately its completely put us off considering it. I can probably turn a blind eye to it but my wife wont even consider it now. Dont know what the designers were thinking with that back end. The car does look good when you see it in person, especially in silver. The back seats are not good for tall people, you will hit the roof and they are quite cramped. It does seem like a good car overall but really should have sunroof and adaptive cruise control at the price. The exceed is definately the way to go. Nazzlo writes. but really should have sunroof and adaptive cruise control at the price. Absolutely unforgivable. And no power tailgate. And no GPS Sat. Nav. Not so convincing is the Pajero Sports sat nav system, which links via the smartphone, and, for a long trip, will require a continuous data stream. Now that is beyond forgivable. That is pretty bad, didnt realise that. You will chew through the data in no time and pretty useless in remote areas. I like the car and would choose it over the Everest or Fortuner but these omissions are just very odd and dont know how they were missed during development.
